FRESH FROM STUART TODAY ON FACEBOOK..............Lambretta Museum Will be closing down later this year.
After a great deal of thought I have decided that on 1st Jan 2014 we will shut down the Museum, and all the scooters will be for sale. The main reason being it is just not economical to keep this place open. Trading conditions are very difficult, which I has left me with funding the museum myself. The scooters themselves need proper maintenance and I just don’t have enough time and resources to do this! So I would rather they all go to a good home.
I will be open to any sensible offers if anyone is interested in purchasing any of them before that date; however they will have to stay here until the New Year. As for the signs, posters and anything else that is on display, I will be open to offers, but as with the scooters nothing will leave here until 2014.
Please don’t bombard me with questions, and don’t just turn up here expecting to buy a cheap Lambretta because your be disappointed! Over the coming months I will slowly put on this page the scooters for sale and a rough Sale price, and if anyone is interested then we can go from there! In the meantime just come have a look.

Dopo un grande lavoro di riflessione ho deciso che a partire dal 1° gennaio 2014 si arresta il Museo, e tutti gli scooter saranno in vendita. La causa principale è semplicemente non è economico per mantenere questo luogo aperto. Le condizioni di negoziazione sono molto difficili, che mi ha lasciato con il finanziamento del museo stesso. |
