Sono molto entusiasta di mia Lambretta 48 poiché HO acquistato lo scorso luglio. Molto è stato scritto su altre Lambretta ma molto poco del 48. HO deciso, per il mio uso personale, di scrivere un piccolo libro sulla 48. Se qualcuno ha delle fotografie o informazioni circa il 48 sarei lieto di sentire da loro. I have become very enthusiastic about my Lambretta 48 since I bought it last July. Much has been written about other Lambrettas but very little about the 48. I have decided, for my own use, to write a small book about the 48. If anyone has any photographs or information about the 48 I would be pleased to hear from them. Hi Roger,
if you need something specific please feel free to ask members of this forum. From my side i'm not very expert but i own one Lambretta 48 first serie (late 1956).
Unfortunately there is not so much material stored on Internet. You can go through www.lambretta48.net where some interesting material is made available. It is in Italian but i can help if you want.

Hello Roger,
very nice to have now some enthusiasts from UK in our forum, so also information from ouside are going to get published here in Italy , and of course italian guys may help for restprojects the friends in UK.
Coming to your question of the book, I find it a great idea and will be pleased to help you in this project.
I have several technical information , spareparts book, User & maintenance, and some original black & white pictures taken at the "salone ciclo e motociclo" in Milano in 1957, as well as two original pictures of "Ribot" taken in Monza on the track during the historic 100hours record in april '57.
If you are interested I can of course scan the pictures and other documentation and send it to you for your project.
