Posted - 02 ago 2013 : 10:07:03 Salve Does somebody know something about the shock absorbers. Are the spare parts available? (seals etc.) Or does anybody know where to buy some simmular shocks? and who was the manufacturer. RIV?

Posted - 08 ago 2013 : 10:45:52 hi Nicola. as i told you the Lambretta Spring is more than 10mm larger and the absorber length is more than 30 cm. so i think you couldn't do a swap.
anyway i'm glad you have already found a solution.
i'll write back the numbers you asked for!

Posted - 05 ago 2013 : 22:49:05 Number: Riv 808 2950 248 Spring 54,1 Shaft 11mm Tube 35,6 distance between the axes is 28cm. Is this maybe for Lambretta?
Ciao da Gigi. |

Posted - 05 ago 2013 : 21:09:46 My shock absorber looks like yours. But one thing: there is no mark. Just blank.
And I saw in the forum that the lambretta 1'serie had the same RIV 808 2950 248 number. But the shaft is 11mm And mine is only 10mm. Mine has a 52,5 mm spring and the tube is 35. How about Yours?
Did you rebuild it with some new seals?
